1. General Policy

EB Wealth Holdings provides commodity sourcing and trade facilitation services. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Services

– Once a service engagement has commenced, fees paid may be non-refundable.

– Any cancellation must be requested in writing.

3. Goods / Commodities

– Transactions involving commodities are subject to contractual agreements.

– Refunds or cancellations depend on supplier terms and conditions.

4. Errors & Disputes

If an error occurs in billing or service delivery:

– Clients must notify us within 7 days

– We will investigate and resolve the matter accordingly

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
